A spiritually oriented, life-affirming class in which Universal Principles of Alignment ™ are integrated into poses and sequences that are modified to accommodate any level of student. A hatha yoga system that unifies Universal Principles of Alignment™ with a non-dual Tantric philosophy that is epitomized by a "celebration of the heart". By saying "yes" to the whole magical spectrum of life, It is a willingness to be aware of all parts of ourselves-the light and the dark, the full rainbow of sensation, perception, emotion, and thought.
We use smooth massage stones of different sizes for balance, muscle development and instant relaxation. Our yoga workout will use stones similar to using barbells. Find your body's inner wisdom, strengthen and stretch your muscles. You truly work your entire mind/body when you practice Stone Yoga. Great for fitness teachers and beginners alike. "Every body must get stoned" "It's way fun!"
Focusing on proper alignment (what works best for your body), this relaxing class will have you holding traditional Hatha yoga poses a bit longer in a slow-flowing style. Using Kripalu-inspired techniques, each class will end with a long savasana (final relaxation) and meditations from a variety of inspiring sources. A wonderful practice for opening your body, quieting your mind and renewing your spirit.
The Thursday evening Guided Practice is designed to support intermediate/advanced students who are dedicated to deepening their practice and have a clear understanding of alignment principals. More advanced poses are introduced. There is less focused instruction and adjustments since the instructor practices with the class. Students can expect to work on inversions (hand stand, head stand, etc), arm balances, and deep back bends. This is a level 2/3 class.
Experience a richly nourishing holistic yoga class. We pick a different theme each week based on student requests and Ayurveda. I then create a unique healing sequence of yoga poses, breathing, mantras and meditation for that theme. Add music and intention and take off for a yogic delight.
This yoga is 'life changing' (report students from class) and is based on the Koshas and Chakras; energy flow and the more subtle aspects of yoga practice. HH is meditative, holistic, integrative, practical yoga chock full of modern day Pearls of Wisdom.
Get ready to rock out! The temperature will be slightly turned up in this class, but students will also focus on using their breath to create heat that will loosen the muscles and energize your poses. We will learn a new flow series each month. As the month continues, we'll become especially mindful on how our inner strength is incorporated in our practice.

This is a FREE 15 minute opportunity before a class to incorporate meditation time into your practice. It can be guided, semi-guided, or independent depending on the requests of the students.

We celebrate the lunar cycle by learning a series of poses guided by prana (breath), and focusing on alignment and proper modifications. The flow will continue and heighten to a detoxifying pinnacle that will challenge the senses and refresh the mind and spirit!

This class is designed for mothers looking to rejuvenate, while strengthening muscles weakened by both pregnancy, and alleviating sore muscles and fatigue. Babies welcome!
This is a wonderful class designed specifically for a woman's journey through pregnancy. In this class we will use asanas/ physical yoga postures to align your ever changing body. We will strengthen weakened areas and open and release the tight areas of the body for increased fitness and comfort. We will also learn to work with the breath and the body to create a peaceful pregnancy and prepare for labor. Yoga is a wonderful way to work with your changing body, embrace your pregnancy and prepare for labor and motherhood.
Beginning the day with yoga, Kula (community), and intention is a wonderful way to bring calmness, strength, joy, grace and presence into your life. In this class you will learn how to get the most out of the poses by surrendering into them. Sunrise yoga is an all-levels class in which each person will be met at their challenge level. This class is a combination of intention, joy, spirituality, psychology, healing, asanas and yogic philosophy. As such, it's a perfect class for those new to yoga, those wanting to go deeper into the physical practice, and those wanting to take the practice off the mat and into life.
An invigorating strength-based class which focuses on postures which build strength in the core of the body for improved posture and stability. This class is ideally suited for mothers with babies, computer users and anyone who would like to improve posture, reduce back discomfort and open their heart! This is a fun and challenging class open to everyone!
This class offers the lengthiest and deepest of relaxed stretches
to increase flexibility with focus on the hips, pelvis, lower spine and lots

Perfect for those new to yoga, those easing back into yoga, or for whoever just needs a day to practice gently. This is "yum" yoga, not "yikes" yoga, and it will leave you sighing with contentment. We'll do some asana, a few restorative poses, and some breathing practices. Great way to restore yourself to balance!
