Vinyasa Level 2/3 This class is for the intermediate to advanced practitioner. The hour-and-45-minute class will take you deeper into your practice and give you the opportunity to practice with a group of committed and fun individuals. The teacher will practice with the class and will answer questions and give cues as needed.

Yoga Perfect for those
new to yoga, those easing back into yoga, or for whoever just needs a day to
practice gently. This is "yum" yoga, not
"yikes" yoga, and it will leave you sighing with contentment. We'll
do some asana, a few restorative poses, and some breathing practices. Great
way to restore yourself to balance! |

Hot Core Flow
Get ready to
rock out! The temperature will be slightly turned up in this class, but
students will also focus on using their breath to create heat that will loosen
the muscles and energize your poses. We will learn a new flow series
each month. As the month continues, we'll become especially mindful on
how our inner strength is incorporated in our practice.

Beginning the day with yoga, Kula (community), and intention is a
wonderful way to bring calmness, strength, joy, grace and presence into your
life. In this class you will learn how to get the most out of the poses by
surrendering into them.

Kids Yoga Playtime Yoga: Suggested Ages: crawlers to
3-year-olds…..Parents and tots can get together in this class where we
read, sing, and play! Little Yogis: Suggested Ages: 4-6 years old…..A multi-sensory
yoga experience using storytelling, poetry, music, and games! Kids Yoga: Suggested Ages: 7-11 years old…..Explore and
learn poses, partner work, breathing exercises, and fun games during this fun
and energetic yoga class! |
New Moon Salutation
Vinyasa The period leading
up to the New Moon is a time of new beginnings… We celebrate the
lunar cycle by learning a series of poses guided by prana (breath), and
focusing on alignment and proper modifications. The flow will continue and heighten to a
detoxifying pinnacle that will challenge the senses and refresh the mind and
spirit! |

Kundalini Yoga Kundalini Yoga, the oldest form of yoga, combines breath, asana, meditation and chant to balance your nervous and glandular systems, bringing health and well-being to practitioners. Learn the yogic technologies to promote health, abundance and happiness. Add this effective tool to your week for increased spiritual, physical and mental well-being.

Yoga Mamas As mothers, we’re very good at nurturing
our families, but we often neglect our own needs. Join other mamas in this class designed to
nurture you, whether you’re immediately postpartum or just in need of

Yoga Foundations

Meditation This is a FREE 15 minute opportunity before a class to incorporate meditation time into your practice. It can be guided, semi-guided, or independent depending on the requests of the students. |

Gentle Core Strengthening We use smooth massage stones of different sizes for balance, muscle development and instant relaxation. Our yoga workout will use stones similar to using barbells. Find your body's inner wisdom, strengthen and stretch your muscles. You truly work your entire mind/body when you practice Stone Yoga. Ayurvedic Yoga Ayurvedic Yoga is a gentle to moderate hatha yoga class which incorporates Ayurvedic themes into yoga practice. Ayurveda, which means 'science of life', is a healing tradition from India which offers guidelines for health and balance in body, mind, and spirit. All levels welcome. This class is a wonderful introduction to both yoga and Ayurveda, and is also great for seasoned practitioners who wish to explore how each of these great traditions inform one another.

Level descriptions
L1 - (Level 1) Beginner: No previous yoga experience necessary.
L2 - (Level 2) Intermediate/Advanced: Previous yoga experience strongly
recommended.
ALL - (All Levels): Mixed-level class with suggested variations to help
individualize class for different abilities.
