Yoga Immersion… Extending Beyond

Yoga Workshop & Continuing Education

Every other Sunday 12:30-3:30pm

Sept 7, 21, Oct 5, 19, Nov 2, 16

Swadhyaha is the practice of self-observation.  Study and self-education are the main components of this guideline of conscious living.

This 6-week immersion practice will allow students to expand their knowledge of yoga beyond what is typically presented in a regular class.  Each meeting will consist of asana (posture), meditation, and pranayama (breathwork), as well as expanding knowledge about anatomy and yogic philosophy.  Students will learn how to expand their physical and non-physical yoga practice into their daily lives.

***18 Yoga Alliance CEU’s are available for this continuing education course for existing yoga instructors.

Investment:  $360 by August 24th, $410 thereafter

Jen has been a teacher and a practitioner of yoga since 1998, though she has been a student of life since the moment she took her first inhale.  Jen has her 500-hour advanced training in ISHTA yoga which stands for the Integrated Science of Hatha Tantra and Ayurveda ~ it is a blend of Astanga, Iyengar and Viniyoga combined with the study of the Tantra philosophy, breath work, and the science of life.  Jen has many hours of study in multiple other areas of yoga, including Restorative, Anusara and therapeutics. She has a double Masters in Counseling Psychology and Education, and she views all of these pieces as parts to her journey in discovering and teaching Yoga (union) as a way of life. Jen is always and forever in honor of dancing the LILA - the beautiful dance of life!
